During the consultation we will:
- Discuss your objectives and ideas
- Discuss or establish a budget for your project
- Discuss available options or examples based on budget
If both CStudio and Client are ready to begin project at this point we will:
- Review and execute a single page project agreement (terminable at anytime by either party)
- Accept your deposit or payment in good faith
- Establish milestones and/or goals for your project, including delivery expectations
If CStudio or Client is not prepared to initiate project at consultation or further information is required:
- We will schedule a follow-up consultation or phone conference to complete the process.
After the consultation, depending on the size and scope of your project we get right to work to produce a concept and/or first draft to meet your initial milestone, or we get back with you with results from required research to provide and/or receive feedback.
We will communicate with you at every established milestone point (and sometimes in between).
We would like to sit down and review final drafts with you, when at all possible. However, it is not always possible, and in fact, we have many clients that we never lay eyes on from start to finish.
Lastly, we make it point to obtain feedback from you, so that we may continue to make each experience better than the last. Our goal is to always exceed your expectations!
